World Para Athletics Grand Prix Jesolo

Our town is ready once again to host paralympic athletes from all over the world for the stage of the Para-athletics global circuit, scheduled from May, 6th to May, 8th.This will be the biggest itinerant sporting event for Paralympic track and field and it will be sponsored by World Para Athletics, the dedicated international committee for the Paralympic Movement.

Athletes from 30 different countries will be in Jesolo from May, 2nd for the so-called “acclimatisation” and training period. The races of the World Paralympics will take place from Wednesday the 6th to Friday the 8th at the Stadio Picchi in Via Equilio. An estimate of 800 people, among athletes, technicians, and chaperons will attend the event.
