G20 Italian beaches: the big summit in Jesolo
On the 1st and 2nd of September, amongst ministers and law proposals
On the 1st and 2nd of September the G20 will take place in Jesolo, the meeting that summons the representatives of seaside cities with at least a million tourists. The goal of this year’s summit is to discuss a development strategy for the most visited beaches of Italy. Two intensive days of meetings and discussions to trace the steps of the new projects, that will focus on responsibility, sustainability, and innovation.
Jesolo will present its law proposal for the acknowledgement of the special status of “beach city”. The event will gather ministers, members of the Italian and European Parliament, mayors, and the representatives of the promotion consortiums, and will take place in the Kursaal and at the PalaInvent in Piazza Brescia.
