Countdown to the Nautical Expo
In the North wing of the Arsenale the gems of the Italian and international boating sector
From the 29th of May to the 6th of July the North wing of the Arsenale will host the 2021 edition of the “Salone Nautico di Venezia”, the nautical expo of Venice. Preparations for the second edition of the 9-days nautical exhibition are in full swing to welcome the sector’s most prized pieces. In addition to the motor yachts, 15 to 40 meters long watercrafts that will be displayed in the “main yacht riviera” and in the new jetties, which are still under construction, the 2021 edition will focus on new and modern issues such as sustainability and environmental footprint and will present on-trend themes like electrical, hybrid, and innovative motors and mobility, with the contribution of dozens and dozens of both Italian and European boatyards.
Sailing yachts will also be put under the spotlight thanks to the 96-meter, linear, double-sided jetty that will be entirely dedicated to sailing boats from the most distinguished Italian and international boatyards. This edition will also bring us a new exhibit of historic, military vessels and traditional Venetian watercrafts, in addition to the usual spaces: an area dedicated to educational activities and to sea trials, a restaurant, a café and a relaxation area.
