Padel Champions cup tournament

Not only a tournament but a proper show has been planned for Saturday the 18^th and Sunday the 19^th of September at the Republic Tennis Club (behind the Picchi Stadium). The first edition of the Padel Champions Cup Tournament originated from an idea of former professional tennis player Maria Elena Camerin and Francesco Perissinotto, manager of VPE20, an event planning business. Former tennis players, football players, sport lovers and celebrities with a passion for padel will all face each other on the four fields of the Jesolo Sport Centre.

The presence of various guest star has been confirmed for the event, for example Deborah Compagnoni for the association Camminare per la Vita, Esteban Cambiasso, former captain of the Inter football team, Luca Toni, Flavia Pennetta, Francesca Schiavone, Nicola Amoruso, Mark Iuliano, Riccardo Pittis, Mirco Bergamasco and for the second day the great Adriano Panatta, in addition to other medal winners at the recent Tokyo Olympics. The audience will be able to attend the games (with free entrance), tough the access will be subjected to a quota to respect Covid19-regulations.
